We implement a project system with dedicated personnel in charge, monitor the production progress throughout the process and update customers in a timely manner. Support customers to participate in on-site or online video inspections during key processes. Complete no-load and loaded factory acceptance tests before leaving the factory, and support online video witnessing. The final equipment passes a comprehensive inspection covering mechanical, electrical and performance, and the report is delivered to the customer.


Service


Our equipment is packed in export-grade wooden boxes and we assist in arranging safe and reliable multimodal transportation. Engineers will provide on-site or online installation guidance, including unpacking, positioning and preliminary connections. After installation, guide the debugging of the entire line of equipment to ensure that the agreed production capacity and quality standards are met. Finally, we provide system training for the customer's operation and maintenance team to ensure that they can operate and maintain independently and skillfully.

Our equipment has a clear warranty period (usually one year), during which spare parts and on-site services are provided free of charge. Lifetime technical support is still provided after the warranty period, including remote diagnosis and preferential spare parts supply. We maintain a long-term spare parts inventory to ensure quick supply of wearing and standard parts, minimizing downtime.
