Wet glue labeling machines are professional packaging equipment widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, beverage, and daily chemical industries. They are primarily used for automatically affixing paper labels to various cylindrical containers (such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal cans). By replacing traditional manual labeling with mechanized operations, they significantly improve production efficiency and labeling quality.

The core workflow of this equipment is highly automated, typically involving the following steps: First, containers are fed into the workstation in an orderly manner via a bottle-feeding screw; then, the machine automatically completes a series of actions including paper separation, glue application, labeling, and label covering. Modern paste labeling machines are usually equipped with photoelectric automatic control systems, enabling intelligent protection functions such as no label delivery without a bottle and no glue application without labeling, ensuring coordinated and consistent operation. The labels applied are flat, wrinkle-free, warp-free, and firmly adhered.

In terms of technical specifications, taking common models as an example, the applicable label length is typically between 15-350mm, the height between 15-190mm, and the product diameter range is approximately 25-150mm. Labeling speed can reach 50 labels per minute or even higher, with accuracy controllable within ±1mm. The equipment structure is mostly made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with a compact design. Some desktop models are small in size, easy to move, and simple to adjust for different specifications.

To ensure good labeling results, several details should be noted during operation: Polyvinyl acetate emulsion (such as white glue) should be used, and the amount applied should not be excessive; labels should be kept flat to prevent moisture and curling; the bottle surface must be cleaned before labeling to avoid oil stains or dust affecting adhesion.
