We welcome customers to visit our facility for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT); alternatively, overseas clients can observe live operational tests via video link to verify that all functions and specifications meet requirements.
Regarding shipment, we place a high priority on protective packaging. Given the large size and high value of the machinery, we utilize professional-grade export-standard wooden crates reinforced with internal protective measures—such as foam padding and stretch wrap—to ensure stability and protection against shock and moisture during long-distance sea or land transport. We also collaborate closely with logistics teams experienced in handling oversized cargo, enabling us to manage the transport of massive units weighing up to 20 tons and provide end-to-end logistics coordination from our factory to the customer's site.
