During use, filling machines may occasionally experience unstable filling volumes, varying from large to small. This is usually not a quality issue with the equipment itself, but rather caused by the following common reasons. Checking these factors will often resolve the problem quickly.

1. Changes in Material Characteristics
If the material's temperature, viscosity, or air bubble content changes, the filling volume will fluctuate accordingly. It is recommended to maintain a consistent material state; if necessary, add a stirring or defoaming device.
2. Unstable Hopper Level
A low or fluctuating hopper level can lead to uneven filling pressure, affecting accuracy. Maintaining the hopper level within a reasonable range can be achieved by installing a level control device.
3. Worn Filling Valve or Seals
Worn piston seals or filling valves can cause leakage or backflow, directly resulting in inaccurate filling volumes. Regularly inspect and replace worn parts.
4. Unstable Air Pressure or Power Supply
Pneumatic filling machines are sensitive to air pressure; voltage fluctuations can also affect the servo motor control accuracy. Ensure a stable gas supply and that the voltage is within the equipment's allowable range.
5. Improper Parameter Settings Failure to recalibrate parameters after changing bottle type or materials is also a common cause. It is recommended to recalibrate the filling time or filling volume each time you change production.
